Thread: Was this SP?

A couple nights ago I woke up and finally remembered not to move when I wake up. I remained still and tried to remain conscious to do a really quick wild. I suddenly realized that I couldn't move. I tried to move my blanket and get up. I moved really slowly. I grabbed my blanket but when I felt it in my hand I didnt actually see myself grab the blanket?. I also noticed that my bedroom wall was farther away than usual. Its hard to explain, but was this my dream starting to form but I moved before I allowed it to form? I hope I explained this well enough.

right, first of all, although this is classed as a quick WILD, its official name is DEILD, dream exit initiated lucid dream.

i think it probably was the dream starting to form, but i think it was an earlier stage, like HI or HH, but i reckon if you had stayed still for like a few more seconds you probably would have been fine.

yea, thats good. i think it took me 2 or 3 times to DEILD, i cant do it much though because i need a bit more time which i dont have, and my mind keeps wandering, and i end up moving. but if you get rid of those problems, DEILDing is extremely easy.
