      Recurring theme

      hello just wondering if this could be my recurring theme:
      When I dream sometimes of people I know, they do some things and suddenly change into someone else I know. If this is my recurring theme then how should I work on Reality Checks in real life to realize its a dream?

      Hey NatureDreams. You should try to use this as a dream sign. Picture it happening in your head and do a RC. When you dream and it happens, you will probably remember to do a RC.

      Thanks eppy, by the way 144 LD's impresive, are some of those lucid dreams DILDS? What were the majority of them and the easy to do?
