Thread: Problem with the WILD

hi everyone!

i have a problem with WILD. everytime i try it, i get into the dream paralysis, hear voices, see colors,... then i think "yess! finally, I'm in dream paralysis!" and suddenly all i see is black. the inside of my eyelids.
then i drift away and fall asleep.

what should i do?

Hey Flo. When you are in sleep paralysis, concentrate on the images you see and try use them to get into a dream. Don't get too excited. Just wait and see what happens. If you just lay there calm and patient, I don't see why sleep paralysis would end. You must be doing something so your body thinks you are awake. There is a slight chance you went into a dream and you didn't open your dream eyes and you assumed you woke up.
