      Question Wild

Hi, this has been bothering me for days.
Can you only perform a WILD after the completion of a REM-stage in the night, or can it also be performed like now or when I come back from school as example?

It can be preformed at that time...

It is just extremely difficult for most people. Some people find it easy though, so give it a shot.
      Bollocks.

Technically it can be performed at any time. If you are planning these things out, you actually want to aim for a the beginning of a presumed REM stage rather than the end of it, unless you are talking about a DEILD. But yea, it can be done at any time, it's just supposed to be easier if you are already sleeping and because your REM stages are longer later in your sleep, you want to be attempting it later on versus right away. To kind of put that into perspective the first REM period is only about 8-10 minutes or so, while later on it can be as long as an hour.

You should try to WILD during REM, not after.
