Thread: How Do I Realize I am Dreaming ?

First of all, coming to the conclusion that you are dreaming, is realizing lucidity in itself.
There are several ways you can realize the fact, you could do reality checks through out the day, thus making them a habit and eventually doing one in a dream. That would be classified as a DILD.
