Hello , I'm new

I'd never heard of lucid dreaming until recently and was instantly interested as I've always been aware when I'm dreaming and had limited control over my dreams. This all seems a bit strange to me as I assumed most ppl knew when they where dreaming and could at least wake themselves up when they wished.

Sounds like you're a natural. But, no, for most, lucid dreaming's something they have to work at ( myself included! ). Welcome to the forums! ( Am I allowed to do that? )

Hey, welcome. Yeah, you seem to be a natural. Congrats. It must be strange realising that most people aren't aware that they're dreaming. Anyway, you might want to check out the Dream Control section of this forum for some tips and info on how to increase your control during your dreams.
