Hi there! From what I have read so far in the forums many of you seem to be quite advanced in LD's even a lot of the newbies.
A friend was telling me about it the other night, though it wasn't the first time I had heard about dream control, but I wanted to do some research on my own. So here I am.
But now that I am here, I don't know where to begin. Today I tried putting my body to sleep multiple times as suggested, but every time I do, my mind ends up falling too.....this is very frustrating. I think I have narrowed the time window down to about 12 to 15 minutes before my mind actually falls asleep. But because of that, I was not able to take notice to my body going to sleep, I almost feel like my mind goes before my body does.
Are there any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening? I don't understand how my mind could be so tired, I had already had a good nights sleep!
I have also seen many posts on here mentioning "WILDS", embarrassingly enough, I don't know what these are. Can someone explain, or direct me to a thread that can?
Thanks a bunch....any and ALL help/suggestions are appreciated....I'm really excited to try again tonight, at least for now my only goal is to keep my mind awake while by body sleeps.
