      Overcome Sleep Paralysis Fear

      I have went through it somewhat, but I am going to try to go even further. It is scary I must say, is there anyway or technique I could use to overcome this fear? I know that its not real, but the fact is that it feels real.

      My technique of meditation before sleeping for 30min works for me...Meditation is the act of calming my mind before I sleep...I have had WILD dreams in the past only I started my lucid dream count when I joined two days ago...I have many tips as before I knew about this website I had a dream about joining it...a lucid dream. Oh wait you can read all this on my profile...I am you friend! Haha

      Your pretty lucky man, I really want to experience SP badly cause I want to have a Lucid Dream. Instead of being scared, try to calm down, chill out and be relaxed because if you are experiencing a SP, you will surely experience a Lucid Dream. Just think that you're not the only one experiencing a SP, just think that all the scary stuff/sounds you hear is just your imagination. Always put in mind that an SP only lasts a minute, or even seconds.
