Hey everyone. I never thought I'd be posting on here, but I am growing concerned as the recurrence of my "problem" has greatly increased. Let me start off by saying that I remember tons of my dreams, especially ones that were really good. I mainly remember nightmares, of which I have 1-8 (roughly) per year, and I remember nearly every single one from probably the age of six. The reason I remember them is for one reason and one reason only, which is the odd effect that they have on my body in bed. When I am frightened in a dream (thinking of it literally gives me the chills) I feel a sudden sense of vibration, almost violent feeling and sounding like a firehouse siren. The dream gets extremely narrow, and I wake up paralyzed for about ten seconds, my arms tingling massively and body in a cold sweat. It really bugs me, because it is a very uncomfortable experience. While you may find it humorous, about four times this week the girl from The Ring has stepped into my dreams and had the most powerful effect ever. Upon seeing her, the vibration is brutal and the paralysis upon waking is longer. Why the hell does this happen to me?
