Hello, I'm new to this forum, but not forums overall. I have precognitive dreams about once a month, and I've had lucid dreams on the rare occasion. I almost always know I'm dreaming during a dream. This is all without any training/practices. Deja Vu is common to me. And Sleep Paralysis runs in my family. EDIT: I forgot to say, I feel taste and smell everything in my dreams. I have just started doing a few practices this week, I'll inform you on how it goes.
