so the other night i had my first LD i have been trying since about may iv been writing in my dream journal every night, doing reality checks iv even tryed mug wort and kava kava but they didn't work. i didn't know what i was doing wrong but then my friend Ichabod told me to try going to bed earlier i am used to going to bed at like 3 AM but then i started going to bed at around 10 or 11 and bam! |
