      Hey guys.

Hey there. I'm not too good at introductions, but I can probably lay down the reasons of why I've joined here.
Basically, my interest in lucid dreaming peaked around June 2007. A friend on MSN informed me about astral projection(in which I researched and looked up on), but unfortunately I didn't think it to be something that's necessarily true. I mean, your spiritual body leaving your physical body? I just couldn't believe something like that.
Anywho, on my journeys of google searching, I came across lucid dreaming. I looked up on it, and got extremely excited. I loved the idea of being able to control your own dreams and doing this that reality would most of the time constrain you from doing. As the weeks went by, I read a few guides and tutorials, but unfortunately, I never really progressed(I was also pretty busy around that time), and as it appeared, my interest faded and faded, until I basically forgot about lucid dreaming altogether.

But this month I remembered it again. I don't know how exactly, it just popped up in my mind, and also the motivation to try this thing again. I've recently bought a diary, and have started to practise my dream recall. The premise of lucid dreaming excites me even when I'm writing this.

So anyway. Before I try writing my life story, I'd just like to say that I'm happy to have joined, and with the help of this site, progress in how to lucid dream.

He MSUK. welcome to the site. I'm happy your trying to get lucid again I wish you luck. After you have been here for 2 weeks, you should post in the adoption section of the forum so you can find someone to help you. I would start off with DILDing if I were you. And start a dream journal. And do reality checks.
