I don't think that music induces lucid dreams. The only effect I can see it having is soothing you and helping you to sleep quicker than usual. There's no harm in trying though ^.^ |

Hey guys. Will listening to classic music in bed just before sleeping will help to have lucid dreams? I mean, it relaxes me and everything....will it help or not? |

I think music DO affects inducing dreams. I hear in two parts that have a type of music helped. I don't remember the name right now. |

Are you sure that you're not talking about frequencies rather than actual music? I do know that some people listen to certain frequencies which better enables them to lucid dream, though I've never tried it myself. |

I'm not really sure. |

I'm not sure about classical music, but I had my best lucid dream when I went to bed listening to a file of just white noise (a vacuum cleaner). However, after that night it didn't help at all. It just made me fall asleep faster. I can't go to sleep with any sound around me except for white noise so I can't really test the classical music idea. |

Anything that makes you feel relaxed and keeps you aware of your surroundings will work. If classical music is your thing, then go with it. Its differernt for everbody |
