      progress

      is it possible to lose progess when you take a break or lose intress for about two weeks.

      Not really, sometimes you actually get lucid when you take a few weeks off. Vacations actually give me more lucid dreams that n my day-to-day life. Just make sure that you come back to us

      It depends. For me, as soon as I stop trying to recall dreams, my recall goes down drastically. But for others it doesn't matter as much. But don't stop too long, or you'll have to start all over again, and that would suck ^.^

      I find taking a break helpful LDing is like a musical instrument. You can get burnt out from practicing too much. Take a small break and come back right to it. Often you find yourself more excited and better at it
