Dude, you might have been in a lucid dream O.O

I don't know if your phone can do this, but you should set a message on your phone to show up when the alarm goes off, or just keep it on there permanently. So when it goes off and you look at it, it'll say WBTB or something like that.

I had a problem like this at first, but I started setting my alarm later to where I clipped off the last hour or two of my normal sleep routine and started being more active for about an hour before going back to sleep. It's a great time to put a load of laundry in the washer and prepare for the day ahead

Oh, you might also want to try getting an old school alarm clock that is loud as hell and putting it away from your bed so you have to physically walk over to it to turn it off... you could also put a light/lamp on a timer for more motivation to get going when you're still tired.

Fully agree, however, make sure to make a mental note before sleeping that when you wake up to put it off, you want to stay awake for an hour. You could also attach a paper to your alarm clock, so, that you read it when you put it off

bro i would try to start using auto suggestion to wake you up. i've been doing it lately for the last few days and now i wake up like 3 times a night after my dreams. its wicked. it might not work for the first couple of days (at least that's what i found) but i've been waking up constantly unless im really really tired. give it a go. it makes things like MILD so much easier (not that i've been able to do it yet!!!) but you dont have to move and screw up the MILD process. meh just watever haha give it a go lol

Just wondering, what do you say when you use "autosuggestion"?

lol gud question. well what i do, is through out the day when i remember i say to myself with conviction. like i really mean it, "i will always wake up after every dream and realise that i'm awake" i say this to myself every time i go to the bathroom for the whole time that i'm there. also do it as your falling asleep. say to yourself over and over "i will always wake up after every dream and realise that i'm awake." so every time you go to the bathroom and as you go to sleep. i heard that you should do it each time you go thru a doorway but i do that too much haha but make something up. if you go to your computer often repeat it to yourself. like i said before it didn't work for me the first night or two but keep it up and youll start to see results
