Any Aussies out there?

Hey just joined up here, been very interested in the whole lucid dreaming phenomenon (I guess you could call it that right?) and a youtuber guided me here.. I have a lot of spare time to practice lucid dreaming so I hope I can master it rather quickly. I am also very interested in astral projection although that is a completely different ball game. A little about myself; I am practicing to become a Buddhist. I think it is the ultimate philosophy to live by and I am joining the Army come July. That gives me rougly four months of posting here and mastering the art of Lucid Dreaming Cheers folk.

hi, welcome to DV. good to see another aussie in the forums. so you've come to learn about lucid dreaming? there are loads of tutorials and tips in the additional resources area (sorry I cant give any links, i cant copy them too well) anyway, learning how to LD is not something that only takes a couple days to learn. personally, it took me quite some time to get started. don't give up though it can be very rewarding ;D I think thats all I can think of right now. good luck!

Hey deXtrous You an I are in a very similar position as well as a similar location. Being self employed, I am spending and dedicating a considerable amount of time to practice the techniques and disciplines to achieve a level of success with OBE. Holding an attitude is conductive to progress which is why I am confident we will both get what we a looking for!

Thanks for the welcome folk, Yep I am gathering more and more tools and the days go by to assist me in my goal to achieve lucidity. Good to see some fellow Aussies out here too. I'm not alone This site has such a great wealth of information I'm sure sooner or later I will become lucid. Oh Searchin, yes I see we are in quite a similar state One slight discrepancy though; you are self employed but..... I am unemployed! lol. Power to ya mate and good luck with your dreaming. P.S. Sweet avatar haha I am very excited to be in 'training' for lucidity. I think the first thing I will do once lucid will be to ride a supercharged kangaroo around Sydney Cheers folk
