Just reality checking and learning to increase your awareness of what's going on should help you with this problem. These kind of dreams usually seem to mean you're on the brink of learning to become lucid, so keep it up

I could an individual dream as "I distinctly recall being aware and awake between this dream and another one". So even if I go to bed, dream about dinosaurs, then dream about skiing, and then dream about being an astronaut, and THEN I wake up, I count that all as one dream. Usually if you REALLY recall them well and look at them you can even find the transition point.
