Thread: Difference Between Low Quality LD and Dreaming of Being Lucid?

Recently I had a dream that I think was lucid for a bit but I'm not sure if it was me dreaming that I was lucid or if it was just a low quality lucid dream. So, how can you tell the difference between the two?

btw the lucid part went something like this:
I was dancing near this person I've never met on a table in a hoiuse i've never seen when suddenly I thought that I must be dream. Then I started to lose the dreamscape so I closed my eyes and began to spin. That's when I woke up But the lucid part didn't feel much like real life. It felt kind of like a normal dream so I'm not sure what happened there
