      WILD chest tremors.

I've experienced them and I know they're supposed to happen,
But can anyone explain what exactly causes the tremors?
      Like, scientifically, what is happening?

Is our chest really going through what it feels like?

A few hours ago I was napping on my couch,
But I wasn't trying to WILD, When suddenly in the middle of my shallow sleep I felt something similar to the tremors I experience when trying to WILD,

And can you share exactly how you experience the tremors?
I usually felt them spread out across my upper chest, but this time when I felt them while napping it was centered in the middle of my chest and going up and down in a line down the middle, and seemed to grow stronger to the point where I became very alarmed D=

That's the "electrical" feeling. It's just a hallucination as your mind disconnects from your body. No big deal. I get it all the time

It was a pretty strong tremor though D=
Like, chest gripping strong. And I can't tell if I was asleep or awake when it happened because I remember not moving at all while it got stronger, and thinking "Well its obviously not a heart attack cause its not a sharp pain" and then thinking "I have to...get up and call someone" so I moved and it went away D= Are you positive they're hallucinations? It felt extremely real and deep rooted. It kinda feels very very real when I had it during a WILD, too I guess. If its just a hallucination, why is it the same hallucination each time, and so many people experience the same chest feelings? Usually a hallucination would be based on the person and who they are in some way, right?

I think I was sleeping before that but I'm still not sure if I was just deep in thought or not XD

Because you're in/going in sleep paralysis Nothing to fear. Your mind disconnects from your body every night. This prevents you acting out your dreams. It's a complete hallucinations along with others such as, audio, sensed presence, suffocation, etc. because if you are married/dating someone and sleep together they will not feel the bed shake at all.

The only time you will feel the bed shake if you are borderline asleep is calling a hypnotic jolt or something . ( can't remember the name )

Here is a poll I did about hallucinations

Hmm.. well, I didnt feel by body shake.
Like I knew my body was stationary, this shake seemed to just be rooted in my chest directly in the middle and the tremors were like insiiiide my chest, not my body moving sorta thing : 0

& I dont think it was sleep paralysis because when it started to alarm me I went to get up and had no trouble, but the shakes did go away once I sat up.

I just entered sp like 5 times this morning. My ears always ring and I get that electrical feeling in my torso. It's natural Sometimes I hear sounds, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I feel like there is something running across me like a puppy, some times I don't. I do always get ringing in my ear and what you get.

I also get it before I am fully paralyzed.

im always aware its not real but for example today just took me by surprise a ghoul came flying through my window and landing on top of me while i started to hear some loud brutal death metal guitar riffs.

LMFAO I wish that would happen to me XD
Anything involving a hot guitar solo is either a) hilarious or b) kickass

Aaaah, okay, then I suppose I can be more at ease now :3
I got the ringing in my ear as well, but I irrationally thought it was from some sort of pressure being put on my head due to the tremors. In other words I freaked out lmao. I just find it odd that ever since I started trying to LD, this sort of stuff has started happening without me even trying. I'm twice as prone to sleep paralysis now than I was before I started practicing LDing, and even then I was likely to have them D=
