      Hello everybody!

      Hello all !

As you can see, I am new here. I was reading this forum for some days before, and i think its good idea to register here

      I'm 20 years old, I'm from Poland.

This is why I'm interesting in lucid dreams...
My adventures with lucid dreams begun when I was younger, i was about 13 years old. I used to dream lucidly, but i thought that's nothing special and everybody doing it all the time. I can remember it because most of those dreams was nightmares and drama dreams But it suddenly disappeared, i can't remember when exactly, but i stopped dreaming lucidly. I didn't get lucidy for years, until few days ago. About week ago i was dreaming and i noticed that I'm dreaming! After few seconds many feelings and adrenaline wake me up. After wake up first thing i did was looking for some information about lucid in google, and that's how i found this site.

I can also tell you, that about one year ago I was interesting in OOBE (Out Of Body Experience). I was reading many information about Robert Monroe, I also read fragments of his books. But I gave up after month of trying (sometimes I'm just too lazy..).

I hope that I'll find out more how to dream lucidly. I already found useful information here.

I know that my english is not good enough sometimes (and I'm sorry for that ), but I'm trying my best.

      Greetings!

Welcome to DV, Stem! First off, your English is just fine. If you hadn't mentioned you were from Poland I probably would not have known that you're not a native speaker. (I don't know if I can say the same for my Russian or Spanish... probably not.)

Anyway, that's cool that you had so many lucid dreams (LDs) when you were younger. Remembering what it felt like to be aware in your dreams might help you achieve lucidity more often. Mostly, just keep working at it and you'll have no problem.

Let us know if we can do anything for you. See you around!

Hi, i can't exactly remember, it was like two dreams in week, maybe less. I just remember that I had those dreams, and I had about five, at most fifteen lucid dreams, not more.

I was really into dreams when I was younger. In 8th grade I had a friend with whom I'd discuss my dreams and I was regularly able to recall 3-4 dreams each night. Then high school came, I stopped talking about dreams as much as I had, and my recall went back down. I wish I had known about lucid dreaming at the time, as I'm sure I would have been quite good at it. Oh well
