Thread: how many RC?

Its really up to you.

You can do them different ways too. Whenever something strange or unlikely happens, you could do a RC.

But what most people find more effective is to do RCs commonly throughout the day. Hoping to start one off in their dream.

Yea, then you should just try doing RCs constantly.

Keep thinking about dreaming, and do RCs every once in a while.

well i think i know what my dream sigh is... for awhile now, i have been off and on writing down my dreams and this is the thing i noticed...

I ALWAYS SAY either, did you ever have a dream before? omg that wasy a crazy dream i had(Dream within a dream).

i only wrote down like 10 dreams, and out 10, 3 of them have me saying dream, yet i don't become lucid!!

I do a RC every half hour, and have been doing that for a few days now.

now when you do RC? you just do it, or do u say, RC then do it?

I ask myself if I'm dreaming before doing the RC.

It's always best in my opinion if they are at random for various reasons.

People think they'll do a RC every 15 min. or so but it isn't actually possible and it likely wouldn't help at all if over done.

Instead of just doing an RC try to always be aware of things.

Question everything!

But to cover your overall question, at least five a day.

But make each one count, don't just do it and not believe in it.

I got in spurts of a few every hour then 1 each hour cant seem to remember sometimes!
