But not new to lucid dreaming. I am able to dream something, wake, fall back asleep, and continue the dream. I do this by simply remaining immobile in that moment that I wake up, not moving, not opening my eyes, etc. I can easily go back to the same dream this way. I have done this multiple times (read: 4-6 times) in the same night on many occasions, throughout my entire life. |
