Thread: help with mid sleep functioning

section from dream journal:

Last night I went took a b6 and melatonin supplement. I wont say it worked wonders but it may have helped. I went to bed at 9 and since I did not have to wake up at my normal 4:00 AM for work this morning I did not turn off that alarm. Instead I was planing of writing down any dreams I had immediately. It was unsuccessful. I rolled over shut the alarm of when went instantly back to bed. Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

I've never tried any lucid supplements, so I would suggest reposting this in the 'lucid aid' section of the site or asking a moderator to move it for you.

Hopefully you'll get a larger response as the people there have tried this before
