      Hello

      New here. I have always been able to recall my dreams most of the time with a little bit of work I am able to interpret dreams especially as dreams reaccur although not always the same away. Dreams on the whole are helpful to my life, even the scary ones. But last night it was scarey and am having difficulty ordering it into some sort of sense. so will now go and find the right place to put it to ask for help in attempting to see some light to its meaning.

      I go through periods of time in keeping a dream journal - tend to note down dreams that feel significant as soon as i wake especially narrative dreams - like the one last night. will go and read around the forum now.

      Hi

      I am never sure about what constitutes Lucid dreams. If yo are asking am I aware that I am dreaming within the dream the answer probably is yes, seems to me that all dreams are like that, the ones that I remember the narrative and the emotions, where i am touching things and peoples - I have however posted the dream in the non lucid dream place - because this is the way I have dreamnt for as long as I remember and I gather Lucid Dreams have to be practised and I do not wish to be deluding myself or any one else. The way I dream is nothing special as far as I am concerned, but I cant make heaad nor tail of this one - more interested in help with interpretation. However if I have stumbled upon the wrong sort of forum feel free to say.
