      Trouble with FILD

I've tried FILD and i don't know how to move my fingers without preventing SP, any tips? I haven't had one lucid dream yet and i think this is the way that suits me. Also what would be a good time to use FILD

You don't really move your fingers at all, just ever so slightly. The best time to try it is in REM. You can always try to just WILD.

I wouldn't do it, try other methods. FILD isn't even recognized by dream views staff.

Yes it is, it's mentioned several times in the tutorials.
While I like FILD, I think it's more of a safety button. Just remember that, if you ever wake up in the middle of the night for no reason, FILD!
