WILD final transition!
ok, so for WILDs i can get up to the stage where i get body paralysis and i feals these vidrations and it feals like it flying so fast it practicaly hurts. i also feal my eyes twitch. but this happens a few times, for about five seconds each time. What do i do during and after this phase? everytime it happens i dont become lucd i just wake up and then fall asleep becasuse i dont want to try it again. thanks

relax and let it happen. try to blank your mind of everything, even the fact that it should be blank. If you get HI then try to watch them like it were a movie, when they surround you, step in.
