      Smile Newbie to the site

Hi I'm Steve, I've been interested in Lucid Dreaming for a couple of years but I have only been trying to have lucid dreams for a few months. I have very good dream recall but I've only ever had 2 lucid dreams the first was when I was about 12 and the second one was at christmas 2008 (11 years later). Im trying to have lucid dreams by using a induction CD which I got when I bought a product from Bradley Thompson (Lucid Dream in 7 days) but upto now with no results. The Lucid dream I had at christmas happened on it's own without me using the cd and just wondered if anyone has used a induction CD successfully.

      That's not a question.

Hey, welcome to dreamviews. Be sure to check out the tutorials for induction techniques. As already stated, if you're not keeping a dream journal, you should start as soon as possible! Good luck.

Thank you for your suggestions. Hopefully I will have some better luck with the induction techniques and the dream journal. Tried a dream journal when I first started trying to have LD but found out I tend to dream about work quite alot. Very sad I know but what can I say I need to get a life LOL.
