      Exclamation Freaky SP

      So i started to feel the wave for a SP and all of a sudden my fave goes numb and i feel like i can't breathe! I relaxed and tried to continue it anyway thinking it was a normal part of SPs but the feeling didn't go away' I evetually gave up.Is this normal or something else?

      yep its normal and SP can be a bit harsh for some people.
      try counting in your head and dont pay much attention to it (i know it can be very hard to ignore it, but the more you do it, the more you get used to it)

      yeah your body during rem (part of paralysis) is like on auto so it breathes on its own. i tried talking during a SP and it was hard not only becus i culdnt pronounce sh!t, but i got tired quickly becus i couldnt control my breathing.
