MILD is used to remember to do something in your dream (Hence, it is called Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream), so if you repeated to yourself enough that "I will remember to recognize I'm dreaming", you will remember to recognize you're dreaming in your dream and become lucid. This can be used to help DILD too, by saying something like "I will reality check in my dream!". Though, it must be something you can remember. |
