I've never been a supporter of specific required sleep times. I say listen to your body and sleep as much or as little as you want. It is pretty obvious when you are not sleeping enough. |

if you start going to bed earlier you will see that i am right, the key is not necessarily how may hours of sleep you get (8 or so is fine) but how late you stay up and how early you get up in the morning. if you have a good schedule of going to bed early and getting up early, that is your best bet, trust me. |
