Lots of people have this problem when they first get lucid. As you become more comfortable with the weird lucid-dream-feeling, you should be able to stay in the dream longer. There are all kinds of tricks to help you stay in the dream. It seems different things work for different people.

Check out this tutorial to get started:

If you have any questions about it, feel free to post them or send a PM to me or any of the Dream Guides.

I've heard of people Spin, rub their hands together, touch thier tounge to the roof of thier mouth, verbally yell "Increase lucidity" just about anything that makes your mind focus on whats going on in the dream seems to help.
