Shift thanks for the in-depth reply I saw the tutorial just before I read your post lol.

And Robot_Butler THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!! You may have single handedly found the key to my lucid dreaming! I have minor sleep problems so I started taking melatonin on a regular basis to help me sleep. You said that melatonin can suppress rem therefore limiting vivid dreams. and thinking back the only time I've recalled my dreams in the past 4 months is when I've forgotten to take the pill or when I've slept in for long periods of time (REM rebound)

Well I may be making a big deal out of nothing, but this may be part of my answer to my bad recall. Hopefully the wbtb wild can solve this.

Thanks again shift and R_B for the tips and information I'll be sure to post my progress here.

I don't count these as true lucids because they where not very clear, but until I have my first real lucid these will do.)

      WILD x 3

Well today I tried to wild during a nap using a mix of seeker and billybob's tutorials. What happened was I went into the wild for 15 minutes reached SP and then failed. Angry, I RC'ed and was awake. I remembered reading somewhere that you could squeeze another wild off if you do it right after your first. So I laid back down, reached SP after 25 minutes, but this time I actually got the sinking and rising feeling of being pulled I failed this one too, I just left SP for no reason. Excitement maybe? Now I was just being stubborn I was so determined that I managed to enter SP for a third time, only to have it last for a few seconds. I did not get lucid lol.

      1. I got to SP, but I never saw Hypogonic (I know this is not a key thing) imagery or sounds, or even an approaching dream-scape. There was no indication of anything. It really just felt like I was an awake, but paralyzed person. Am I doing something wrong do I just need to keep trying?

      2. How should I react when i get to SP or start to see a fain dream-like image. What i do is at the moment I enter SP I say mentally breath "1" exhale "I am dreaming". But I think that my sudden shift from thinking nothing to mentally counting stops my SP, but if I don't count or do something 'll get excited and probably loose it anyway. Any tips for this?

      3. Do you prefer breath counting or the 61 point relaxation while wilding or another technique?
