Amen! It happened to alot of us.
It's hard not to noticed that a lot of people on this forum had a lot of trouble before even having their first LD, so I feel lucky in a sense. I started having them more often lately, unprovoked besides pondering on LD occasionally.
I ran into my arch nemesis again, the immediate awakening upon lucidity. I noticed that sometimes effective techniques will not work solely because you expect them to so, ironic if you ask me.
It is ironic, and sort of a vicious cycle. I think that it should be clearer that some of these methods don't work for everyone, and do not expect a universal 'cure'.
So, all I can say is LET IT HAPPEN people.
If you want to fly, just let it happen. Sometimes I'll fly without even being fully lucid, I just seem to visualize energy flowing down through my body and out through my feet like water going out of a nozzle
What? YOu lost me here
