Yeah, what's the difference between lucid state and lucid dreams?

There's really not a difference and some people here will just call it a lucid dream.

Lucid state/moment: A brief period of lucidity where you cannot control everything in your environments.

Example: You become lucid and suddenly loose control and wake up.

Lucid dream: A brief or long period of lucidity where you can control everything in your surroundings.

Example: You become lucid, and can do whatever you please for as long as you can become lucid.

Lucid state is commonly refered to by the state of knowing you are dreaming.

Where as lucid dreams are refered by being in control.

In actuality... A lucid dream is just a dream where you know you are dreaming.
