I believe it is "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen Laberge. I believe it's a book about lucid dreaming...I've yet to read it...

Exactly. It has all the fundamental knowledge a lucid dreamer needs including... Relaxation, recall, meditation, techniques, dream control, reality checks, and research. I would give you guys the book but I do not have time. You can find it as a pdf on google. Or support the one offering you this knowledge and buy it.

      My 2 cents

Yes, you should definitely buy the book. The best one out there for lucid dreaming imo.

its the one i'd picked up about 30 days back.. i've slowed down on reading it though until i can catch up to where it says i should be. there are some good techniques for controlling will power in there as well. that's kind of where i am right now. along with working on the dream recall/journal.
