Hi every one.
I'm glad that for so many of you lucid dreaming is pleasure, and represent some kind of adventure.
For me it's like hell. I hate them.
I'm in a middle of a dream , aware that I'm dreaming, trying to wake up, trying to move my hands , legs ,but that's impossible , than I start to panic , and for that time dream is going on ,..
When I snap out of it my heart is pumping like mad , I'm covered with sweat.
But funny thing is that almost 98% of my lucid dreams are nightmares.
