      Strange Visualisation

hello, I didn't know where to put this, so...it is here...
It's something strange, very strange, so I warn you, be careful...
      ...

      ...

well, the thing is like this.
      it's about visualisation, I will describe the...¿problem?
I visualise something, no matter when, no matter how, I visualise it..
      for example a door....
      I close the door....
but the door opens itself, I don't control it...
      I close the door again..
      It opens again!
      I blast it !!
the door is there, AGAIN! being opened!
      I go to another scene..
      The door appears and open!!!!!!!!

whenever I imagine something, the door appear again, but I cannot control it, it's like a sub-conscious action I can't control..:!
but obviously, this only happens if I want, if I want an uncontrollable door...then it happens...I CAN'T CONTROL the door...
so I must forget about the door, and then it's ok..
no matter the object, or the action...It's like I can create something in my head that it has "self-life"....and I can't control it...like a song that repeats in your mind and you hate it...but 10 times worst...

      never happened to you???

Ive had that happen to me too, it can be quite annoying.
When i was younger id often find that after rollerblading i couldnt imagine myself walking without blades on.. The more i focussed on imagining just walking the more id feel the sensation of rollerblades beneath my feet.
This used to happen with many things, i remember for instance thinking of being tied by my ankle to a tree, after imagining myself being cut free the rope instantly reattached itself to my leg, i then spent a long time battling this imagined rope, attempting to stop it from ruining my internal imaginings by burning it or running away, only to have it beat me each time.

Quite frustrating and hard to stop once its started, although i have much more control over thoughts than i used to.

I have things like that, such as my arm is swinging but I stop it then it starts swinging again.
