Thread: Hello everyone!

Hi everyone i'm Silver Mirror. I am new to lucid dreaming, but I would love to experience one. I have read about many ways to achieve it, so I have some binaural beats on my psp to help me, I take the B-100 vitamin which supposedly helps with LD and I try everyday.

So far nothing has happened. Well its good to be here, and i'll see you guys around the forum!

Hello Everyone, Just joined the forums and want to say Hi. I am not new to the Lucid Dreaming Techniques, as I been doing it for a long time. Want to help people with their dreams if possible.

There is no B100, I think you mean B6. B6 isn't a magic lucid dreaming pill, it doesn't help unless you know how to how a lucid dream. Learn how to use reality checks, those are important. Make sure that you are actually question whether or not you are dreaming.

B-100? I've never heard of that to help with Lucid Dreaming. Where did you find that info?
