      Hi

This is my 3 post but I just found the welcome message. So I should introduce myself. I'm a 19 year old from Croatia, i'm a begginer in LDing. I started trying 4 days ago. I've managed to become lucid (only once) but immediately I woke up. I'm having difficulty recognizing that I'm dreaming, last night I was talking to snowmen and still I didn't recognize it. If anybody knows the easiest method to become lucid please tell me. I've started to keep my dream journal (2 dreams per night). That's it!

      welcome!

you can look around the main site for Lucid techniques. there are many, and different ones work for different people.

A lot of times i wake up and remember a dream, and then am like "dammit! how could i have not realized that i was dreaming! I woulnt be riding dinosaurs (or in your case, talking to snowmen) in real life!"

      Hello & welcome kramari</span>

It sounds like you are on the right path. No matter what approach you use it usually takes some effort. For some more than others. But it is hard to say what technique would work best for you.
I suggest you check out the Tutorials

      Good luck.

Hey! I see you got my welcome message. There is no "real" easiest method to become lucid, the easiest one is the one that works best for you (in other words, different methods have different results for different people). Look around in the tutorials section and you may find a method that works for you (although, don't rely totally on the tutorials, some are quite incomplete to be honest). Look around at some of the posts and you'll find a lot of things that work for you.

Don't go through the motions, Make each RC prove to you that you are not dreaming. Believe me, I have had some dreams where I could not tell the differance between reality and a dream had I not done a thourogh RC
