There is no "real" easiest method to become lucid, the easiest one is the one that works best for you (in other words, different methods have different results for different people). Look around in the tutorials section and you may find a method that works for you (although, don't rely totally on the tutorials, some are quite incomplete to be honest). Look around at some of the posts and you'll find a lot of things that work for you.
