It's amazing that a third of almost everyone's lives is spent unconscious or just in mild dreams that are easily forgotten, when people could put in a little effort and be having LDs. |

Hi! I'm edsmaffs, or Ed. The first time I've heard of lucid dreaming before is at this site. I'm interested in the idea because a while ago I had to take some drugs which stopped me sleeping so much, and I was amazed at how much time you lose whilst you're asleep! I've only just started trying to create a dream journal and remember my dreams; it's easier than I expected to remember them. I suspect it'll be quite a long time before I'm properly lucid ... but good things take time, after all. I'm hoping I'll have fun trying to reach that stage, and that it won't be too long before I can start joining in with the Task of the Month! |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
Welcome to dreamviews, enjoy the site and ask away |

Hello and welcome to DV Ed! Keep up with the dream journal and you'll recall and then you're onto being lucid. |

Well you've been welcomed already, and it really is fantastic that you've started a dream journal. There is nothing more important, in my mind. |
