Ok, so I started doing reality checks yesterday after I joined this forum. Also before I went to bed I let thoughts fly through my mind and didn't hold on to any, I just let them go, and new ones come in. They were mostly memories. I said to my self that I would remember my dream and that I would become Lucid before I went to sleep. I usually remember 1 or 2 dreams a week. Last night after doing these exersizes, I woke up this morning and remembered 2 dreams last night!!! I didn't become lucid, but if I can do this much in one day, hopefully it won't be long before I get totally lucid!!!
