I'm new here, so take this with a grain of salt, but in my opinion if you have the presence of mind to question whether you might be dreaming, then you are at least partially lucid.

Did your brother do something to make you mad in real life?

I agree that perhaps you may have been partially lucid, but never did a reality check to verify and therefore never became fully lucid. To have a lucid dream, by definition, is just to be aware that you are, in fact, dreaming. How ever much control or vividness you have from being lucid varies from dream to dream. Next time you are questioning whether or not you are dreaming...perfrom a reality check (example, hold your nose closed and try to breath through it, or try to read something and see if the numbers/letters change, etc.) that should take you from questioning your reality to lucid dream pretty quickly. Good luck.

More or less what she said ^^^

By definition, yes you were lucid
However you didn't have the presence of mind to completely comprehend the situation and take advantage of it. You may have also drifted in and out of lucidity at times.
I call these 'semi lucid' dreams - where you are technically lucid, but nothing really comes of it
