      Hi!

      Hi there all.!
Im new here, i hope ill get some help at beginning.
Anyway some things about me : from Bosnia&Herzrgovina, name . Benjamin ( friends call me ultra[though i dont know why] ),loves listening music ( electronic genres (mostly techno/trance ) , loves playing RPG games (and all games with good storyline ),watching anime ,etc

I just recently (2 days ago) found about lucid dreaming and i got very interested about it.
I read a lot of material about lucid dreaming and im little confused.I saw many guides , techniques... but dont know where to start.
First thing i saw is dream recall , keeping a dream journal so i decided to start making one.
Anyway here is the thing , when i read all that after 2 nights I remembered about 27 dreams(and wrote them to my journal of course ) That were about 3-4 dreams that i dreamed about for those 2 nights and about 23-24 dreams that are very old ( but i completely forogt about them until that point). Those dreams where very clear and i rememberd them all almost 100%.Also i rememberd about 10 of them that were incomplete. So i wanted to ask is a good thing to remember my old dreams or i started wrong somewhere?
      Should i note incomplete dreams?

Anyway id like some instructions here . What should i do next when i learn a good dream recall ( or its allredy good hm?), just give me some essential steps.

thanks in advance and i hope ill experence lucid dream in future

      Ultranova.

Lucid dreaming can be confusing at the start, can't it? A good place to start is doing reality checks throughout the day.

It's a good thing to remember all those dreams, also old ones.

Even noting incomplete dreams will help your recall because it tells your brain you want to remember the full ones.

For some next steps, do reality checks, look at the tutorials and pick a technique that will be best for you. You'll be lucid dreaming in no time.

      Good luck.

      Welcome to the boards Ultra.

Having a dream journal is the most important step towards Lucid Dreaming, so you are doing great already.
It is best to write absolutely anything you can remember about your dreams, the more you write the better your recall gets.

Be sure to check out the tutorial sections for methods in inducing Lucid Dreams

Welcome to DV ultranova! As stated above me, you should keep a dream journal. Good luck on your adventures.
