      New and curious

I only had 2 lucid dreams on my live, and i had them without any training. When i had the first lucid dream, i thought i was magic hahaha, because i didn't even know lucid dreams existed.

Years after, i wanted lucid dream again, and discovered this is called lucid dream and here i am

since months ago i'm trying to lucid dream, but without success.

i have tried everything, but omg is too hard >:0

i found this forum on google, and i know now i will lucid dream, i don't know how, but one day i will lucid dream.

And yesterday i had a dream about me lucid dreaming, IM SO ANGRY, HOW I DIDN'T NOTICED THAT

Lol. I've had tons of normal dreams about lucid dreaming

The first thing you need to do, if you haven't, is to make a dream journal. Writing down your dreams ever night will make your dream recall go WAY up.

DILD is the simplest method to lucid dream, but not always the easiest.

I would suggest you keep trying, try a bunch of techniques, and find out which one is best for you!

      Don't give up!

      Happy Dreaming~

The only way to solve that is to do it.

A good way to not just drift right back to sleep is to drink a bunch of water before bed. When you wake up, you'll remember your dream, and you'll have to get up to go to the bathroom anyway, so you won't just fall back asleep.

But be sure to write down your dream BEFORE you go to the bathroom!
