      Hi! Dream Journal Question!

Hi I'm new Here so hey all! I have been aware of Lucid Dreaming for about a year now, but due to stress and work i haven't been able to start properly until recently. I have started a dream journal and i have one question, because a DJ is supposed to build dream recall ability, does it have to be done everyday? or is it ok to miss days in your DJ? any support would be greatly appreciated!

The more days you miss the harder it is to remember your dreams until you start writing them down again.
I kept my dream journal wrote in it every moirning and started having 4-5 dreams a night.
I guess its basically like smoking marajuana the more you smoke the more brain cells you lose. Lol

When starting out it's best not to skip any days, even if you write down that you don't remember anything. It helps you work on retrieving information from your dreaming memory.

You're trying to develop a habit. The more consistent practice, the better.
