My suggestion for you to better be able to recall your dreams is to begin a dream journal. As soon as you have a dream and wake up, whether it is in the middle of the night or in the morning, right down every detail that you can remember into your dream journal. This should increase your ability to remember your dreams. Eventually, you will begin to see recurring symbols or signs or people in your dream that will become your "dream signs" and help you on your way to becoming lucid. If you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask. And WELCOME to the forum!!!

it's possible to make your dreams more like reality, yes...

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

Hi welcome, I'm new myself. I think Im like you, my dreams are very hazy and I have to think a lot to remember them. Sometimes I think I may confuse thoughts I have while laying there with actual dreams, but whatever.

Try the tutorials section for all the basic info on Lds, theres tons of info. Also, dont know if youve read it but Stephen LaBerge's book Exploring the world of lucid dreaming is like the number one book on beginning lucid dreaming.

If you do start a DJ, then maybe after a while you could notice your dreams changing. If not willfully intend to have more realistic dreams, say to yourself every now and then, "tongiht i will have realistic dreams". You have to 'want' to have them, and don't be dissapointed if it takes time, these things do. trust me

Welcome to the forum, think we talked in the chat before anyway.
