Thanks for the welcome. Yeah I've looked at the tutorials. I like the WILD and MILD techniques. I tried a sort of combination of them with NILD last night. It worked. I had one short lucid dream where I woke up just after I launched myself into the air to fly. I woke up then had another short one where i became lucid when an elephant with a horn coming out of the top of its head was about to face off with another strange animal in an african art store --- possibly a sign your dreaming when you see unicorn elephants . I have to learn to just take it easy and not get too excited when i become lucid. I am also interested in The Pharmacy topic. I have already gone out and gotten a thing of vitamin B-6 and a thing of melatonin. Its harded to fall asleep with the B-6 but I remembered 3 detailed dreams the first night i had it. I haven't noticed anything with the melatonin yet. Anyway thanks for the welcome.
