      Sup everyone!

      Sup,

After getting woken up during too many good dreams and not remembering many dreams at all. I decided i needed to figure out to control my dreams so that i can remember more of my dreams and have more good dreams.
Well, I know that this won't be very easy for me, seeing as i can't remember half of my dremas that i have. But, i figured that this seems like it's worth working at it. So, over the next few days im going to try to at least remember my dreams. lol.

      Hey lil'krypt - Welcome

The 3 main steps are recall, awareness, control
Theres lots of tutorials and help about recall around the site, but heres 2 'off the cuff'

      1) When you wake up - dont jump up straight away. Lie still in the same position you were sleeping and visualise the last thing you dreamt about. If you dont remember, then you need to explore the 'feeling' you woke up with and what probably caused it (in a dream).
Once you are visualising a snippet of the dream, keep going over it, and trying to expand eg. how you go there, what happened next, etc etc. Once you're sure you have enough of it, sit up and write it down (which brings me to ( 2 ) )

      2) Keep a journal of your dreams. This is useful for a multitude of reasons, including that it teaches your mind to be interested in the dreams - and thus recall them easier. Other reasons - you can look back on your dreams later and find common threads you can use for 'dream signs' (triggers for becoming lucid). It also creates some fuzzy feeling nostalgia when you read it months later

      Hope you enjoy the site

Gahh I hate that to. Today I remember I had a krazyist dream but I was late for school so now all I remember was that it was weird. oh and don't wait to get practice in just try and you might be surprised how easy it is after the first or second night.
