      False REM?

Hi all! There are two things I want to tell you guys today. I finally got over the fear to sleep. And so I didn't get SP for 2 days now. Maybe SP has something to do with fear... Anyways, I set up my alarm clock today to 8 in the morning, and when I woke up to it, I decided to go WILD! I was relaxing, and breathing deeply, and to stay aware, I was listening to the bird chirping outside, and counting my breath. But then suddenly my eyes began to shake uncontrollably, just like I was entering REM. But as far as I know, REM is due to looking at random mind images, but I didnt see any pictures. Tell me what this could be.
Anyways, I didnt get SP/LD, because I became too excited, and came down to the living room to tell you this.
EDIT: Oh, I also don't get daytime hallucinations, maybe because I'm not tired...

REM stanads for Rapid Eye Movement.

You can enter REM without immediatly dreaming, or seeing anything.
